Fall and Spring Hours

  • Monday – Thursday: 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Sunday: Closed

Summer Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Sunday: Closed

Let our leaders inspire and motivate you in one of our group exercise sessions at no extra charge! No experience necessary - and we have sessions for all fitness levels!

  • Yoga - Monday & Wednesday 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
  • Circuit Training - Monday 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  • Cycling - Tuesday & Thursday 11 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  • Kick Boxing – Monday & Wednesday 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
  • Body Conditioning - Tuesday & Thursday 12:00 p.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Floor, Core & More - Tuesday & Thursday: 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  • Body Pump – Monday 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
  • Zumba - Monday & Wednesday 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
