Bachelor of Science in Medical Imaging Technology

Curriculum

The degree includes 120 hours of total course work including the following:

General Requirements

The Medical Imaging Technology degree program follows the required IU Kokomo campus general education requirements. Those requirements are fluid and students should seek guidance from an academic advisor in the Allied Health Sciences to ensure compliance. Please see IU Kokomo Degree Maps for a suggested four-year plan.

Prior to acceptance in the Medical Imaging Technology program, students must fulfill all general education and prerequisite requirements including ARRT Radiography certification examination. Students may complete three prerequisites concurrently (one course during each of the following: summer, fall, spring).
