The annual leadership retreat, sponsored by the Office of Student Activities, provides a chance to learn real-life skills that help both in academic and work experiences.
The retreat, held each year at Camp Tecumseh in Brookston, includes workshop on the basics of leadership: Time management, delegation, decision-making, bystander conduct, and working with diverse groups.
Participants also take part in a wide variety of teambuilding challenge activities, meet new friends, and enjoy recreational activities.
